Virginia is an established and well-respected real estate agent who has represented buyers and sellers in the Greater Vancouver area for more than 30 years. Through hard work and dedication to the needs of her clients, she has enjoyed a thriving career based primarily on personal referrals and repeat business.
Virginia was born in Vancouver and, after her family relocated to various towns throughout Ontario and BC, she chose to attend the University of British Columbia and settle permanently in Vancouver. Her enthusiasm for the beauty, culture and diversity of Metro Vancouver is infectious and she is proud to be an ambassador for her favourite city.
After an early career in teaching, Virginia became a partner in a land development and construction company. This not only sparked her passion for real estate, but also gave her an in-depth understanding of the house building process as well as the importance of knowing the city’s zoning bylaws and building codes. Having been a professional real estate investor and developer herself, she is well attuned to the considerations involved in selecting a property as either a primary residence or as an investment.
Virginia does not believe in rushing buyers and she delights in helping them find “just the right house” to fit their needs. She is experienced in guiding buyers through the entire process to make it as stress free and enjoyable as possible.
Sellers find her advice on how to increase the marketability of their property invaluable. They appreciate her straightforward candour and negotiation skills when they realise top dollar for their property.
During her spare time, Virginia spends time with family and friends enjoying walks in either Pacific Spirit or Stanley Park, bowling for the CKNW Orphans Fund, playing Mahjong or Bridge and traveling to other countries to explore their fascinating cities.

Her detailed understanding of how Vancouver's many neighbourhoods and even individual streets have evolved over recent years, allows her to provide valuable advice that goes far beyond selecting the right comparables.
With a background of studies in Archaeology and Anthropology, Ann-Marie has a fond appreciation for all things historical. Her passion for her city can be seen in her love and appreciation of its historical buildings. She is a big proponent of saving Vancouver’s early built heritage and regularly volunteers for the Vancouver Heritage Foundation.
In her time off she enjoys strolling the sea wall and through funky neighbourhoods in the city, photographing beautiful vistas around town, catching the latest exhibit at the Vancouver Art Gallery and traveling to international cities around the world that are known for their art and architecture.
